Hi to our Partners, Friends and Family
We're so glad to be alive, so glad to be enjoying what Jesus died to give us and all who sincerely believe on Him.
We were reminded the other day of the wonderful deliverances we have received from the hand of the Lord in our nearly 50 years of ministry, the experiences we have been through and the many countries we have ministered in. Like Jesus told us, the daily confession of the Word of God and exercise of faith creates a barrier of defense and pays great dividends in this life. It keeps you on the right side of God's kingdom. The choice is fear or faith, they do not mix like oil and water, don't even try to mix them!
The peoples and nations of the world are exhibiting so much fear as Jesus said they would (Luke 21:26). In the wonderful account of Jesus stilling the raging storm as outlined in Mark 4:35-41; Luke 8:22-25; Matthew 8:22-27, we can see an application for overcoming all Christian adversity and tribulation in our everyday life. Most theologians recognize the word sea or seas in Scripture of having a symbolic reference to people (Daniel 7:2,3; Rev 13:1; Isaiah 57:20). James likens people's behavior to billowing waves when they waver and turn from believing to doubting (James 1:6,7).
Yes, we are in God's will doing what His Word tells us to believe and do. Most of us start off wonderfully but then the storms and difficulties and persecutions arise for the Word's sake (Mark 4:17) then we discover just how much faith and perseverance we have .
Some Christians never seem to be aware of taking a "faith stand" when they begin to feel the stormy sea of life. Their reaction? They say, "It looks like it's all over, we are finished, what are we going do to? Awake Jesus?" On the disciple's boat Jesus was tired and really asleep. However, their faith could have given them the victory if they had used it and not allowed fear of what they felt to snuff it out. God knows how to keep faith boats floating (example Noah's ark) and with our faith boats we don't have to awake the Master because since His resurrection He neither slumbers or sleeps (Psalm 121:4).
One thing for sure, adversity will come and storms appear but in your faith boat dwells Him who cannot be drowned or overcome, or overwhelmed by Satan's storms. So stay in "the boat" of faith and victory, it is going to float for all eternity. The world does not like the One who dwells inside us, but Greater is He that is IN US than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). Amen!

Memories of Finis Fennings Dake
Photo of Gordon in younger days with a long-time friend of ours, Finis J Dake, a great man of God It was such a privilege having Finis minister at one of our churches and enjoy much fellowship in our home as well. He had a supernatural ability (greatly emphasized word of knowledge) where he would know where a Scripture was found in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and could answer any question from the Word of God with book, chapter and verse. This began in his life quite supernaturally even before he had read much of the Bible. Later he spent vast hours in study and research. He was such a giant in the Word of God.
Note: Gordon is the one carrying the Bible, Finis never did, he was a walking Bible!
Ministry in San Francisco Area
Our recent ministry in the San Francisco area was a packed out church and the presence of the Lord and manifest gifts of the Spirit brought great blessing.
The Lord gave a wonderful prophetic word to Wells of Blessing Church which is releveant for each one of us in the Body of Christ. We will be publishing it very soon to bring comfort and edification to all.
Ministry Itinerary
