The end times before Jesus returns are, amongst other events, characterized by a tremendous increase of mobility and knowledge. Many going here and there, inventions and discoveries today are nearly out of date tomorrow (Daniel 12:4).
The Word of God also says "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). There are different kinds of knowledge depending on the subject. So the need to know is fundamental to the progress of human society. Hence our schools and universities fill the human race with essential and required knowledge for worldly living. But what humanity lacks most of all is "revelation knowledge of God" and the God kind of wisdom . God's intention for abundant life for all is a predicated on the latter part of 3 John 2 - "as your soul prospers". This is why abundant life is not enjoyed by everyone, but by the few. The reason, an unrenewed mind (Romans 12:1 & 2).
The knowledge of the wonderful Lord Jesus is the greatest attainment of knowledge we can ever obtain. Biblically it is called "revelation knowledge", that knowledge which is imparted to your spirit by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Paul, the apostle could say, "That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection ..." (Philippians 3:10) Let us all have a greater hunger for more revelation knowledge through His Word and the Spirit.
Let's make Paul's desire ours too. We seemingly know more and more that human technology can impart to us (if we don't, we usually call our grandchildren) !! Let us get serious about being in a close and warm personal fellowship with Jesus who frequently cultivated an "inner circle" known as Peter, James and John. God doesn't have favorites, but people do. Let's make sure our favorite is "Jesus" ! He's the One to have knowledge of in these days more than ever. When you do there is no more bickering, strife, backbiting but loving others more than yourself. Oh to be like Him. Amen!
To remind you that we daily pray for our partners and friends who are so essential in supporting us in ministering the Gospel. Let us prove God and His Word to do what He said even when things look opposite and greatly testing.

AND THE SPIRIT SPOKE AND SAID .... A PROPHETIC WORD GIVEN RECENTLY THROUGH GORDON AND BARBARA WHICH WE BELIEVE WILL COMFORT AND EDIFY THE WHOLE BODY OF CHRIST:
"This is what the Spirit of the Lord would say to each one of us: For surely you must know and understand the times and the season that you are in. And as you are aware of what is happening in the spirit realm, then you will be prepared to stand and be prepared to stay the course and be prepared to know what to do.
For surely, say the Lord, I am working a work in these days, a work that was foretold long ago. A work that shall surely be established and it shall come to pass. For there are those who are seeking Me, they are searching out the things of the Spirit. And as you search out those things in My Word there is going to be a knowing and that refreshing that is needed upon the earth; for the refreshing shall come and the awakening shall come and the things that My people need to know shall come if they open their ears and they will be willing to listen and willing to comprehend and understand the things of the Spirit. For surely the Holy Spirit has been given to you to teach you all things, to teach you the things that belong to you so therefore you do not have to remain ignorant, you do not have to remain in a state of wondering why or in a state of confusion. For verily the Spirit of the Lord on the inside of you is rising up and let my Spirit rise up within you.
Let the Greater One come to your aid, let the Greater One say what He wants to say. Let the Greater One make known to you the things and the mysteries and the things of the Spirit so you can stand tall, you can stand strong, you can stand well, you can walk on this earth with the authority that belongs to you. And don't say it will be one day, no the time is now. So be ready says the Lord. Be prepared in the Spirit realm. Be prepared and know this is the hour and My coming is soon, so therefore fight the good fight of faith and walk in that place of authority. Walk in that place of knowing, walk, says the Lord, circumspectly and know you are in Me and I am in you. Therefore I will protect you in these days as you will allow Me. I will cause you to walk with more than enough if you will allow me.
Oh, says the Spirit of grace, allow Me to work in you and for you and on your behalf. For surely the time is at hand when the Spirit of God is being poured out on the land, poured out on you first of all. But you need to be carriers of my Word, carriers of the gifts of the Spirit, carriers of living water, carriers of My healing power. So therefore do not sit around and do nothing but be active in the Spirit and know this is your day and this is your hour and this is the day of My power. This is the day when I will display to the world My glory and they shall know that I am the One; they will recognize Me when I come.
So rejoice Body of Christ, rejoice and know this, you are not defeated but you are complete in Me. Therefore rise up in the completeness and wholeness that belongs to you and keep yourself under the Blood, under the covering of My Word. You will not be defeated but you will walk and see and reap the reward of the faithful. For faith brings its reward. I'm ready to reward My people and therefore rejoice and accept it says the Spirit of Grace."
